Our Policy
Rooms
To secure your room(s), we accept payment in full by the following credit cards; MC, Visa, American Express Discover. You can reserve via our reservation site or by calling us directly. (607) 535-8876. If your reservation is made by phone, you still agree to all the Policies of the Inn.
Your base room rate does not include tax, an additional 12% tax will be added.
8% to NY state 4% Schuyler County.
Room Rates are based on double occupancy.
The maximum occupancy is two adult guests per room.
No children under the age of 16.
NASCAR and the Vintage Grand Prix all require a 3-night reservation.
Check-in time is 04:00 PM until 8:00 PM if you will be later, please contact the Innkeeper at (607) 535-8876 if you cannot make that time frame.
Check-out time is 10:00 - 10:30 AM; if a later check-out is needed, please talk to the Innkeeper directly.
Cancellations
In case you need to cancel your reservation, please call the Inn directly at (607) 535-8876 to confirm your cancellation.

Due to the Covid 19 virus our policies have changed.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, contact The Apex Inn directly. Please read our policies listed below.
Please stay in touch with your track/race event planner for changes.
Last-minute cancels are difficult to resell, for that reason, we have implemented the following policies.
IF YOUR SPECTATOR VENUE SUCH AS THE FINGER LAKES WINE FESTIVAL, SPECTATOR RACE, VINTAGE GRAND PRIX, CONCERT, or LOCAL EVENT SUCH AS A WEDDING OR REUNION ETC. CANCELS LAST MINUTE, YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS THAT RESERVATION.
ALL CANCELLATIONS will incur a $50.00 processing fee.
Cancellations: Prior to 14 days arrival will be charged a one night stay including taxes and processing fee.
Cancellations Less than 7 days prior to your arrival will forfeit all monies paid for the reservation.
Early departures will not be refunded any money.
Please Note: Your reserved room cannot be resold, rented, auctioned, or given to another party.
YOUR Photo ID and Credit card can be requested upon your arrival at the Inn.
Non-Smoking Policy
Due to the age of our home (175 years), along with surrounding buildings, we are a
New York Designated Non-Smoking Property.
Please do not smoke or vape in your room or anywhere outside on our property.
Do not use candles, warmers, incense, or a scented oil diffuser in your room or on the property.
If this policy is violated, a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
We are an adult-only Inn.
If you request to have (1) ONE child over the age of 16 stay in the same room with their parents, a charge of $40.00 per night, plus taxes, will be charged to your reservation.
*Pets We love animals but have no accommodations for your pets.
*Kitchen Our kitchen is for the Innkeeper. Refrigerators/Freezers, and ice are in every room.
*Quiet time Be respectful of others our quiet time from 10:30PM until 6:00AM.
